Child Policy: Infants 1 year old or under, not occupying a whole seat (lap child) and not exceeding accompanying adults may participate at no charge.

Luggage Policy: One piece of luggage and one carry-on (backpack size) for each shuttle rider.
*Any additional luggage will be subject to space availability and a fee of $10 each, payable to shuttle staff before departure.

Inclusions: One-way Shuttle transfer service, applicable taxes and fees

Exclusions: Gratuity, additional luggage, and all other personal expenses

Bad weather, road conditions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control may cause delays or cancellations. We recommend not scheduling time-sensitive activities close to the scheduled dropoff because arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from the aforementioned force majeure.
If the shuttle service is canceled by our company, passengers will be provided the option to be rescheduled or refunded in full. Passengers will be notified of the cancellation as soon as possible.
Our Shuttle Services are subject to minimum passenger requirements to operate.
We will not accept any walk-ins or additional passenger add-ons the day of service at the pickup locations, please reserve ahead for your party.
We offer free cancellation and related modifications up to 48 hours before the start of the shuttle service. Any such request received in less than 48 hours prior will be subject to denial.
