Transportation, entrance and attraction fees as outlined in the itinerary, National Park entrance fees when a park is included in the itinerary. We have no additional booking or services fees. Gratuities for our guides are not included, but greatly appreciated.

We offer complimentary pickups and drop offs in and around several hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. Please select from the options when booking your shuttle or tour.

Cancellation Policy: We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, except for tours or tickets for Antelope Canyon, which are non-refundable. There are no fuel surcharges, and there are no other charges on the day of the tour.

Our full day tours include a box lunch, bottled water and granola bars.

Neither smoking nor vaping is permitted in any of our vehicles.

Pets are not permitted on our tours. Service animals are allowed on all of our day tours, however Antelope Canyon does not allows service animals inside the canyon. For details on Service Animals, please visit the AADA website.

Comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash or credit cards, if you are planning to purchase anything such as souvenirs, are recommended. A government issued photo ID is required for all flight tours. Other helpful things to bring are beverages with a screw-on cap and a jacket during cooler weather. Dressing in layers is also advised as summer monsoon storms may occur. For the winter months, dress in warm layered clothing.

For your convenience a unisex restroom is located on the large motor coaches; if your tour or shuttle includes transportation on a mini-bus or sprinter, this will not include a restroom, but there will be scheduled stops along the way.

Our largest motor coaches seat up to 60 guests. Others seat up to 30 or 40. We offer the small group experience in our sprinters which seat up to 14 guests.

Yes, every seat on our vehicles has lap belts.

Yes, there are air conditioning and heating units located in the vehicles.

The earlier you are able to make your reservations, the more options you will have. We do allow reservations to be made the day prior, subject to availability. There are capacity limits on most tours and the closer to the date, the more likely it is to be sold out.

No, however please keep in mind that we offer full day tours so your children should be able to handle traveling for extended periods. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, fold up strollers can be placed underneath the motor coach in the luggage compartment.

At this time, we only offer tours only in English. Please contact us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour. If you are interested in a tour in a different language, we may be able to accommodate requests with advance notice.

The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is located within Grand Canyon National Park, and offers the most services, such as accommodations, dining options, and other park services. It receives the most visitors throughout the year. It is about a 4 ½ hour drive from Las Vegas. A National Park Service entrance fee is required to enter the park.

The West Rim of the Grand Canyon is owned by the Hualapai Nation and is a separate from the National Park Service. It is most famous for its glass bridge Skywalk and has other activities such as a zipline, helicopter flights, and Hualapai Ranch. It is located much closer to Las Vegas, about a 2 ½ hour drive.

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is also part of Grand Canyon National Park. Although only about 7 miles directly north of the South Rim of the National Park section, it is a very long distance to drive around the canyon from one rim to the other, about 4 hours. The North Rim has a higher elevation, and the road to the area is closed during the winter season, only allowing visitors from Spring to Fall. There are very limited accommodations as well. Only 10% of visitors to Grand Canyon National Park visit the North Rim area.

Occasionally, we may experience delays or cancellations due to weather conditions. If this happens, we will do our best to accommodate you on another departure or another destination. If needed, we will cancel your tour and provide a refund. Most of our vehicles offer WiFi, which is provided free of charge, although it is dependent upon a clear cell phone signal.
